How to crush your goals by Flavia Gabriel from The Fabulous Planner

Hi all!

I’m so excited to be a guest blogger today at Her Aspirations! I’m even more excited to have an opportunity to change someone’s life through my work, this is definitely priceless and I feel so grateful to be able to play this part.

But now, let me show you how we can change your life, for better! How often do you get yourself dreaming about a life that it would be impossible to have? At least, you think it’s impossible…

Are you satisfied with your life at the moment?

If you wish to be doing more, having more and living the life of your dreams, come with me and I’ll show you that the life you dream of it is possible, the sky is the limit, girl! But you do need to get up, wash your face, and get to work! Nothing happens without a good amount of consistency and hard work! Oh, and having the right tools is also essential and that’s why I’m here!

I was once in your shoes, feeling lost and overwhelmed and had no idea what to do and how to conquer everything I wanted. Until I got a pen and paper and got crystal clear with my goals, and I started setting weekly tasks, and then daily and ta-dah, everything started to happen the way I just planned.

With that in mind, I created this GOAL planner. To take you where you are right now to where you want to be.

Here, you'll be able to set your goals for the year, divided by Career/Business, Financial, Self-Development, Health and Fitness, Family and Social and Mind and Spiritual. Then, you spread this goals into quarterly goals, monthly goals, weekly and then you'll have the Daily planner to schedule your day around the goals you set for the week. It looks complicated and intimidating but trust me, once you start, you'll get ADDICTED to making everything happen!

The daily inserts are undated, which means you can start anytime!

Also, let’s not forget about Self Care because if you don’t treat yourself well, you won’t have energy to go after anything besides your bed lol So let’s make a priority to eat healthy every 3 hours, drink gallons of water (you can squeeze a lemon in it to make it tastier :) Exercise, (for the ones that hates exercising like me, let’s commit to at least a 20 min walk?) and Meditation. If you haven’t tried yet, I highly recommend this! The meditation really change the way I see myself and life and it makes me such a positive person and that also brings you a lot of good energy! If you’re down to try it out, the apps Insight and Calm have great guided meditations and they are free!

Also on the Daily Planner, you can write down your Affirmations for today, you do it in the morning when you set your intention for the day and what are you Grateful for in the end of the day! Forcing your brain to think back over your day and your memories can not only feel therapeutic in the moment – that rush of thinking, ‘Actually, I do have a lot to be grateful for’ – but it could be beneficial for your mental health in the long-term too.

Once you get into the habit, you might even find you’re feeling more appreciative in everyday life – and that’s great! So, share the love.

Last but not least, at the end of every week, there’s a Journal Page where you can write everything that happened good and not so good that week. You can also celebrate the goals accomplished and reflect on how can you improve for next week.

This Goal Digger Planner really helped me when I started my business, I was also working full time back then and I was feeling so overwhelmed and all over the place. As I started applying this goal setting method, where you set your big goals first and then go backwards, breaking them down by quarter, by month and by day, it all got so clear to me! I highly suggest you to start using this method yourself and see the big change in you, your career or business. You deserve the world girl, so go get it!
